International SEO
International SEO consultants who turn new markets into pipeline.
Our international SEO experts get the technical foundations right first (hreflang, localisation, geo-targeting), then build a country-by-country strategy. So a UK launch doesn't break US rankings, and a French page doesn't pull traffic from Quebec.

The work
One brand, every market, no cannibalisation.
Most international SEO failures aren't strategy problems. They're setup problems. Broken hreflang sends UK traffic to your Australian pages. Translated content ranks for the wrong terms.
Our international SEO consultants fix the foundations first, then localise market by market. Pipeline reports by country, not lumped into one global number.
- hreflang & site structure: correct language and region targeting with a structure that scales to new markets.
- Localisation, not translation: content rewritten for local intent, idiom and how the market actually searches. A French speaker in Paris searches differently to one in Montreal.
- Geo-targeting and technical setup: ccTLD versus subfolder versus subdomain, Search Console properties per region, CDN routing, IP-based redirect rules where needed.
- Market prioritisation: every target country scored on opportunity, competitive intensity and your right to win. You launch into the highest-return markets first, not a 12-country expansion in 90 days.
- Reporting by country: pipeline, CAC and rankings split out per market. You always know which country is paying back the investment and which still needs more time.
How it works
Four stages to pipeline in every market you sell into.

Audit & market scoring
Audit the current multi-region setup (hreflang, ccTLDs vs subfolders, content per market) and score every target country on opportunity.
Architecture & hreflang
Ship the right URL structure (ccTLD, subfolder or subdomain), hreflang implementation, Search Console properties per region, CDN routing and any IP-based redirect rules.
Localisation & local authority
Per-market keyword research and localisation (not translation). Native-speaker writers briefed and managed per region.
Expand & report by region
Quarterly re-forecasts per market. Sequence the next markets when the current ones are paying back.
International SEO questions, answered
What to know before you go multi-market.
Depends on stage, dev capacity and how much you care about local trust signals. Subfolders (/uk/, /de/) concentrate authority and are usually the right call for early-stage SaaS. ccTLDs (.co.uk, .de) give stronger local trust but split authority. Subdomains sit in between. Our international SEO consultants recommend the right structure during the audit.
We lead localisation strategy and per-market keyword research. We brief and manage native-speaker writers in each target market, or work with your in-market team. We don't accept machine translation as a final draft. It almost never ranks.
Correct hreflang plus a clean URL structure tell Google which page serves which country. Then internal linking gets locked down per region so the UK site doesn't link out to the AU site by accident.
We've shipped international SEO for SaaS operating in 8+ countries and ecommerce brands across 10+ regions. The number of markets isn't the constraint. The constraint is your local fulfilment, support and willingness to commit to a market for 12 months at a time.
International SEO isn't something we added recently. Henry and Joe ran it in-house at Airwallex and Whispir for years before RocketFuel existed. The expertise predates the agency.
